Saraswatipur Tea Resort is located 2 Kms from Gazaldoba Teesta Barrage. This area is becoming a welcoming ground for migratory birds from Europe & colder parts of Asia. Bird watchers from near & far line up for beautiful images of them. For an ordinary tourist the whole experience of watching these birds is therapeutic and refreshing.

• Bird watching starts from Mid November to Mid February
• Look out for a clear day, with oodles of patience
• Book a boat at the Teesta Barrage and get your DSLR camera out for some great pictures
• Our room 110 has been fondly renamed, "the bird watchers room". Many cameramen have placed their cameras strategically pointing at the beautiful tall Sal trees we have within our premises , where the birds rest during the night. Come day break and the cameras are already ready to click the best shots!
