Saraswatipur Tea Estate established in 1917 is one of the oldest estates held by the group. Saraswatipur Tea Resort is the first Tea Tourism venture for Saraswatipur Tea & Industries Limited. The Tea Estate has a heritage of over 100 years in growing and manufacturing tea. With an area of 1016 acres under tea plantation, the estate produces 1000 tonnes of Black (CTC) Tea and 300 tonnes of Green Tea annually. 

During the peak season, the garden employs 1200 workers daily.
